If you have a Master’s degree and the right attitude, we’ve got a desk for you at one of the largest banks in Northern Europe. Combining business knowledge, professional development and personal growth our talent programme puts your career on the right track from day one.
Start your career as a graduate
If you have a great interest in the financial market, a graduate position at Nordea will be the right place to start. In Denmark we recruit graduates to the whole value chain every year. So whether you have talent for a front-office career as an analyst, sales manager or dealer, a risk or controller function in the middle-office area or settlement in the back-office area, there are openings for you at Nordea.
As a graduate in Markets you will be hired for a specific position. Therefore it is important that you visit us at career fairs or at our Nordea events to learn more about the different jobs before you apply, in order to aim for the position that suits you best.
As a graduate at Nordea you are on the fast track and must be prepared to invest more time and energy than in a normal position. You will be introduced to a wide range of tasks which will challenge your willingness and ability to learn fast. In return you will be given the opportunity to work with the largest corporates and institutions in Denmark as well as international customers and counterparties. The learning curve is steep but also rewarding when you succeed.
In Investment Banking (Advisory and Corporate Leverage Finance) they run their own tailor-made graduate programme. In order to participate in this you have to apply for open positions in this area.
