My job

I believe that success begins with establishing a high performing team, This means that I am focused on hiring the best candidates and creating a positive team atmosphere.

One of my main goals is also to optimise the collaboration with business, ensuring that we all work as One Nordea Team in order to contribute in maintaining our business positions as “Number one Equities house in the Nordics”. This entails continued focus on improving the way we run our daily work e.g. through Agile methodologies, morning meetings, effective monitoring tools etc. We constantly have a focus on monitoring and maintaining the systems required by the business areas in their daily work, aiming to constantly improve their operational stability.
