A great start to your career
The Nordea Graduate Programme is designed to create value. For you, for us and for our customers. Depending on the business area, you are employed in the programme for two to three years.
It consists of two major parts with two main elements each. A general part with attendance in international seminars and a mentoring process, followed by a business track where you put knowledge into practice within a specific area of the bank. On-the-job-training is mixed with relevant activities that support your position.

For some positions your academic achievements will play a big part. For others we look at your ability to cooperate. No matter what, good grades and honours do not cut it alone. More than anything else we look for the right attitude. You need to be confident, self-driven and have a mindset to constantly improve and develop yourself.
Furthermore, we expect you to meet the following criteria:
- A maximum of one year’s post-academic working experience
- Great social and communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Ability to work, make decision and be nice under pressure
